Ingredienser

175 g Biscuit
90 g Butter
400 g Natural cream cheese
500 g Whipping cream
1 package Jelly (85g)
60 ml Water
Serving Strawberry

Fremgangsmetode

If you ask us, cheesecake with strawberry jelly is a sure summer hit on the cake table! The cake tastes fantastic and looks just as fantastic on the cake table! The cake can last for about 3 days in the fridge, but we can almost guarantee you that it will never last that long! If you are not into strawberries, you can always find many different flavors in the shop, including raspberry, peach, pineapple and many more. You can find all jelly varieties right here . Step 1. Biscuit base

Start by melting the butter in a pan. While the butter is melting, finely chop the biscuits.

Step 2.

Turn the butter and biscuits together so that everything is well turned around. Press it into the bottom of a Ø26 springform pan and set aside. If the cake is to be prepared in portions in an easy way, you can use beautiful glasses.

Step 3. Cream cheese cream

Beat the cream cheese well and set aside.

Step 4.

Heat the whipping cream in a small saucepan to just around boiling point and remove the saucepan from the heat.

Step 5.

Add 55 g of jelly powder to the hot cream and save the rest. Whisk the powder well into the cream until the powder is completely dissolved. Then pour the cream into the bowl with the cream cheese and whisk it well.

Step 6.

Pour the cream over the biscuit base in the spring form and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for an hour.

Step 7. Jelly

Bring 60 ml of water to the boil and add the remaining 30 g of jelly powder and stir well. Let it cool so that it is lukewarm and carefully pour it over the cream cheese cream. It is important that the gel is not too hot, otherwise it will melt the cream!

Step 8.

Put the cake back in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours, but preferably overnight.

Step 9.

Decorate your beautiful cheesecake with strawberry jelly with fresh strawberries and red sorrel before serving. Bon appetite!
